1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the takbet website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by takbet. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing takbet on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

takbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to takbet is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. takbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Winnings accrued on an underage account will be voided.

2.2 Eligibility Conditions

To register and use takbet, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person acting on your own behalf (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Not be excluded from gambling services, whether through self-exclusion on takbet or by order of a competent authority;
• Not be a current or former employee of takbet, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.

2.3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on takbet. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, takbet may, at its sole discretion, merge or close the additional accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

takbet is committed to responsible and compliant operation. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we may require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent utility bill confirming your residential address. Verification may be requested at registration, upon making a withdrawal request, or at any time at the discretion of takbet's compliance team. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1 Personal Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate personal information when creating your account and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including false date of birth or identity details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. takbet strongly recommends that you select a strong, unique password and that you do not share your account credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify takbet immediately at [email protected]. takbet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the takbet support team. Upon closure, any outstanding verified balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. takbet may also close or suspend an account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

takbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). takbet does not accept deposits made in cryptocurrencies or through payment channels not listed on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your takbet balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. takbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows: mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 24 hours; bank transfers within 3–5 business days. takbet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal, including requests for supporting documentation. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified bank account in your own name. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses on takbet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is performed by the Platform. Any conversion costs arising from your bank or payment provider's international processing are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

takbet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and daily engagement rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they (or any winnings derived from them) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is satisfied will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

takbet monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or cashback schemes. Where bonus abuse is identified, takbet reserves the right to void any associated bonus and winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of abuse.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

takbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active wagering requirements at the time of a promotion's discontinuation will remain enforceable until the stated expiry.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by takbet, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Prices are subject to fluctuation and takbet does not guarantee that the odds available at the time you initiate a bet will remain available at the time of confirmation. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and confirmed odds, the confirmed odds shown on your bet receipt shall govern.

6.2 Void Bets

takbet reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play having occurred; a pricing error resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being offered; or where fraud or match-fixing is confirmed by the relevant governing body. Void bets are settled at unity (1.00) and the original stake is returned to your account.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all sports and casino products on takbet. These limits are displayed within the relevant product section and may vary by sport, event type, and game category. takbet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any player at its discretion.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are made available at takbet's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any point during an event. Bets placed during a period of temporary market suspension will be voided. takbet accepts no liability for bets placed on incorrect or stale in-play data resulting from network latency.

7. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games on the takbet platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and crash games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own individual rule set, which is accessible from within the game interface. takbet is not responsible for hardware or software malfunctions originating within a third-party game engine. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are provided by the game developer and are published in each game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. takbet does not alter RTP values set by certified game developers.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the takbet platform:

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of match-fixing;

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing takbet staff or other players;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Placing bets using funds sourced from criminal activity.

takbet reserves the right to immediately suspend an account and withhold funds pending investigation where any of the above conduct is suspected. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited. takbet may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the takbet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of takbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of takbet.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, takbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) unauthorised access to your account; (c) errors, interruptions, or defects in the Platform; (d) the conduct of third-party game providers; or (e) any outcome of any bet or game. takbet's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy

Your use of the takbet platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. takbet processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and uses industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the takbet support team will be subject to binding resolution through the dispute process outlined in your account dashboard. takbet's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, subject to your statutory rights.
